UKRELEKTROAPARAT LLC, as a manufacturer of distribution equipment, joins the desire of international and domestic governments to improve the quality of energy distribution equipment by introducing the use of Ecodesign – ECO1, ECO2 transformers that meet the most modern energy efficiency requirements and approved modern environmental standards. From January 1, 2025, the second part of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign requirements for small, medium and large power transformers will enter into force, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 152., dated February 27, 2019, according to which all transformers of old models must be replaced with energy-efficient ones. in order to reduce energy losses, which directly affects the load energy system of Ukraine and contributes to the improvement of the economic situation as a whole, as well as helps to preserve the environment by reducing CO₂ emissions.  

Energy efficiency Eco-design transformers consume significantly less electricity due to reduced conversion losses. This reduces operating  costs and improves the performance of power systems, allowing for efficient use of energy resources.

Reducing CO₂ emissions The use of eco-design transformers helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which has a positive impact on the environment and meets international standards for climate protection.

Reliability and extended service term Transformers, developed taking into account the principles of eco-design, have high reliability and a long service life, which reduces costs for maintenance and replacement of equipment.

Compliance with international standards Transformers ECO1, ECO2 meet the requirements of European, international and domestic standards – Regulation (EU) No. 548/2014, May 21, 2014, Directive 2009/125/EU of the European Parliament and Council; Resolution of  CMU No. 152. dated February 27, 2019, on approval of the “Technical
