Complete transformer substations (KTP) are a key element of the power supply system, ensuring reliable and efficient distribution of electrical energy. KTP1 (dead-end) and KTP2 (loop) kiosk-type substations with capacities from 25 to 400 kVA, voltage 10(6)/0.4 kV from LLC “UKRELEKTROAPARAT” are designed for receiving, converting, and distributing electrical energy. They are developed for operation in three-phase AC networks with a frequency of 50 Hz and a solidly grounded neutral on the low voltage side.
These substations are ideally suited for application in various sectors, including agriculture, small settlements, and industrial facilities.
Design Features
KTP1(2) have a kiosk-type design and are developed with ease of installation and operation in mind. The substation design allows for a choice between cable or overhead high voltage input and low voltage output, providing flexibility when connecting to existing networks. A feature of KTP2 is the ability to connect to two high-voltage lines, which increases the reliability of power supply.
Key design elements include:
- HV switchgear (high voltage device) and LV switchgear (low voltage switchgear) cabinets.
- Power transformer.
- Outdoor disconnector РЛНД3-10/630 (supplied upon separate order).
- Built-in relay for automatic switching of the street lighting line.
- Automatic circuit breakers on the low voltage side.
