Complete transformer substations (KTP) play a crucial role in power supply systems, ensuring efficient conversion of high voltage from distribution networks into low voltage used by end consumers. LLC “UKRELEKTROAPARAT” manufactures modernized dead-end substations of the KTP1M series. These substations, available in a power range from 25 to 1000 kV·A and with a voltage of 10(6)/0.4 kV, are designed for receiving, converting, and further distributing electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz in systems with a solidly grounded neutral on the low voltage side. They are a reliable solution for ensuring stable power supply.

Design Features

Modernized complete transformer substations KTP1M have a number of structural differences compared to standard KTP1 models, making them more advanced and convenient to use. These substations are designed taking into account modern requirements for electrical equipment, combining functionality and optimized dimensions.

• KTP1M differs from the standard KTP1 design by reduced overall dimensions, improved layout, and appearance.
• The KTP1M delivery set includes HV switchgear and LV switchgear cabinets, as well as a power transformer.
• HV inputs and LV outputs from the KTP can be either cable or overhead. For KTP1M with a capacity of 1000 kV·A, the HV input is only overhead.
• KTPs are installed on the simplest concrete pad with a height of 200 mm.
• The KTP1M design provides for electricity metering, and a street lighting line that is automatically switched on by a signal from the built-in relay.
• Automatic circuit breakers are installed on the low voltage side.
