Structural Features
KTPBM are designed with an emphasis on strength, durability, and ease of operation, ensured by a well-thought-out modular design and high-quality materials. Each block module is installed on a special foundation, and all electrical connections are already mounted within the block, significantly reducing on-site installation time.
- Modular Design: KTPBM consists of one or more block modules installed on a foundation with all electrical connections fully mounted within the block.
- Enclosure: Manufactured in a modular enclosure with a high degree of factory readiness.
- Materials: The structure is a welded metal frame, clad externally and on top with “Sandwich” type panels.
- Insulation: The doors of the LVSG and HVSG compartments and the transformer compartment gates are metal, double, with mineral wool insulation. The floor is also insulated.
- Protective Enclosure: The block-modular enclosure serves as a protective shell for the installed equipment, maintaining the necessary operating conditions inside for the embedded equipment.
- Lighting, Ventilation, Heating: The modular enclosure is equipped with an auxiliary needs cabinet, which powers the lighting, ventilation, and heating of the enclosure. The auxiliary needs cabinet is designed to heat the enclosure with automatic temperature maintenance from +5°C to +18°C during the cold season.
