TOH 10-2500 kV

TOH type power transformers are modern, reliable, and efficient electrical equipment widely used to step down voltage in three-phase alternating current networks. Transformers of this series are hermetically sealed, oil-filled, double-winding, and step-down. They have a universal purpose and are designed for use in various sectors of the national economy. Design Features

The TOH transformer series is distinguished by a number of technical and design advantages that ensure high reliability and longevity of the equipment:

• Hermetically sealed design — all transformers are made in a hermetically sealed casing without an conservator, which prevents moisture, dust, and foreign particles from entering the internal tank space. This significantly increases reliability and extends the service life of the equipment.
• Oil cooling — transformer cooling is carried out using transformer oil, which simultaneously functions as an insulator and dissipates heat from the windings and magnetic core.
• High-quality materials — copper or aluminum conductors with a high degree of insulation are used for winding manufacturing. The magnetic core is made of electrical steel with low losses, which ensures high energy efficiency.
• Loss variability — transformers are manufactured in two loss levels:
  • Level A — reduced losses, according to TU U 31.1-00213440-024-2006.
  • Level B — standard losses, according to TU U 3.49-05758084-016-2000.
• Installation flexibility — transformers can be installed both indoors (switchgear rooms, machine halls) and outdoors (transformer substations, open areas), allowing them to be adapted to various operating conditions.
