Three-phase power dry-type transformers of the TS(Z)GL series with GEAFOL® cast insulation are high-tech electrical equipment of the new generation, developed for efficient and safe transformation of electrical energy in three-phase alternating current networks with a frequency of 50 Hz. Thanks to the combination of reliable design, innovative insulation, high energy efficiency, and environmental safety, these transformers have found wide application in critical industries, energy, and civil construction.

The TS(Z)GL series includes transformers with capacities from 100 to 2500 kVA and nominal voltage up to 10 kV, which allows for optimal selection of equipment according to the requirements of a specific object or production process. Design Features

One of the main advantages of TS(Z)GL series transformers is the use of GEAFOL® cast insulation. It provides:

• Fire resistance (insulation does not support combustion).
• Reliable operation under increased thermal loads (thermal class F – up to 155°C).

The transformers use windings made of high-quality copper or aluminum wire, cast in a special epoxy resin compound, which provides a monolithic structure and eliminates the possibility of short circuits or displacement of windings in case of vibrations or mechanical impacts.

Transformer cooling occurs due to natural air convection or with forced cooling (depending on the modification), which allows for achieving stable temperature in the operating mode and reducing noise level during operation.
