TC(Z)NO series dry power transformers with capacities from 250 to 1600 kV∙A and voltage up to 10 kV, manufactured by LLC “UKRELEKTROAPARAT”, are a modern solution for electrical energy conversion. These three-phase double-winding general-purpose transformers are characterized by high reliability and safety. They are used in various sectors of the national economy and industry, designed for converting electrical energy in three-phase AC networks with a frequency of 50 Hz. Design Features

TC(Z)NO series transformers have a well-thought-out design that ensures their reliability and durability. The main components are the magnetic core, windings, leads, protective casing, and cooling system. Each element is made of high-quality materials using modern technologies.

• Transformers consist of a magnetic core, windings placed on the magnetic core (active part), leads (bushings, LV and HV busbars), a protective casing, and a cooling system.
• Special cutting on a «GEORG» line and magnetic core stacking according to the «Step-Lap» scheme are used.
• The magnetic core assembly is carried out using bandages, tie rods, and special adhesives that provide low no-load losses and noise levels.
• LV windings are made of wire or strip with «NOMEX» insulation; winding material is copper or aluminum.
• HV windings are made of copper wire with «NOMEX» insulation.
• The cooling system operates in automatic mode.
• Temperature control of the windings is carried out using Pt100 temperature sensors and a thermal relay that controls the forced cooling system.
• Access for servicing the transformer and active part is provided through removable panels on the wide side of the transformer.
• The protective casing of the transformer provides protection of personnel from electric shock.
