Changes in the resolution of the CM during martial law
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made changes by resolution dated 26.09.23 to some issues regarding the requirements for eco-design for small, medium and large power transformers during the period of martial law in Ukraine.

Some issues of the application of the Technical Regulation on ecodesign requirements for small, medium and large power transformers during the period of martial law in Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decrees:
- Establish that for the period of martial law in Ukraine and within one year from the date of its termination or cancellation, but not longer than January 1, 2025, level 2 of the requirements for eco-design of transformers, established in Appendix 1 to the Technical Regulations on requirements for eco-design for small, medium and large power transformers, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 27, 2019 No. 152 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, Article 726), does not apply to:
power transformers with a nominal capacity of no more than 125 MVA;
power transformers, for which agreements (contracts) for production and/or supply have been concluded by September 13, 2019, in the event that the terms of such agreements determine the number of power transformers to be produced and/or delivered.
- To establish that the power transformers that meet the requirements specified in paragraphs two and three of paragraph 1 of this resolution, and which are put into operation or were put into operation during the period of martial law in Ukraine and within one year from the date of its termination or cancellation, but not later than January 1, 2025, state market surveillance measures are not applied.
