Structural Features

KTPB have a well-engineered design that ensures their reliability, durability, and ease of operation. The substation enclosure is a single-story modular building made of durable reinforced concrete. This monolithic structure with a cable basement provides a high level of equipment protection.

• Waterproof, lightweight concrete, and in some cases ordinary concrete, are used for the substation elements.

• The low-voltage switchgear (LVSG) has an IP20 protection class.
• The substation body has a common grounding circuit.

• KTPB are manufactured in accordance with DSTU 3399 (GOST 14695).
• The products comply with the IEC standard (IEC 62271-202).
• Mandatory factory tests are conducted according to DSTU, PUE rules, and IEC ISO regulations.
• The insulation level complies with GOST 1516.3.
• The design of KTPB complies with climatic version U1 GOST 15150-69.
• For concrete, GOST 25820-2000 and GOST 26633-91 standards are applied.
• The external design complies with TU U 3.49-00213440-004-2000.
